What will you do?
- P&L responsibility for our New England Digital Buildings branch, prioritizing employee engagement, safety, customer satisfaction and retention, and long-term, profitable sales growth
- Lead the development of strategic selling plans and implementation of best practices to achieve growth in the local market with our Building Automation and Securirty product lines,
- Organizing sales resources to maximize both new customer acquisition and growth at existing accounts.
- Provide direction and guidance to branch department heads overseeing our sales, operations, services and adminstrative department
- Ensure timely manpower forecasting and recruiting to support backlog delivery, using employee development playbooks and career paths to build a high-performing culture.
- Responsible for ensuring the readiness of construction and service operations teams to successfully deliver Schneider solutions and services while growing team size and market share.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings, job site visits, town hall feedback sessions with employees and build annual action plans that consistently improve the employee experience.
- Collaborate with other Schneider business unit leadership to cross-sell solutions and services across the collective installed base in the region.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Total ownership of accurate P&L forecasting and active engagement in the delivery of financial results on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Demonstrated ability to translate company objectives and strategies into clear messages and actions for local teams. Change management approach that facilitates positive outcomes
- Strong aptitude for business development, comfort playing the external role of local executive to the market.
- Understand the end-to-end delivery of construction projects and maintenance programs to provide effective coaching and mentoring
- Strong understanding and knowledge of BAS, BMS and Security products
- Model the way by leading in alignment with Schneider core values

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Track record of successful leadership in a sales, operations, or service management role, preferably with employers from the mechanical, electrical, or construction industries.
- Knowledge and experience in P&L management, including forecasting, delivery, and reporting of key financial and operational results
- Strategic planning and change management skills that enable achievement of our strategic priorities for customers, employees, and shareholders.
- Demonstrated capability to coach and develop employees and leaders into top performers, prior experience building and leading a high-performing team.
- Understanding and ability to implement strategic selling processes, governance compliance, and continuous improvement in operations and service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business, or finance is required; Industry-relevant post-graduate studies are recommended.
