For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $128,000 - $193,000 per year, which includes base pay and sales incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Summary:
The Electrical Digital Twin (EDT) Commercial Program Manager will play a critical role in driving the commercial success of the Energy Management Software portfolio within the United States. Reporting to the Software Leader, this role will focus on supporting the commercial team by managing programs, conducting market analysis, and driving strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Program Planning and Execution: Develop and manage program plans and timelines for various commercial initiatives, including but not limited to a system integrator/channel program and an EDT Trial Program.
- Develop, Own, and Deliver program KPI’s & Metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, engineering, etc.) to ensure program alignment and successful delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential program risks to ensure timely and efficient program completion
Commercial Support
- Sales Support: Provide internal and external sales teams with product information, sales tools, and competitive intelligence.
- Marketing Support: Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and materials.
- Pricing and Contract Negotiation: Support the development of pricing strategies and negotiation of contracts.
Market Analysis and Insights
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Customer Analysis: Analyze customer data to identify key segments, needs, and preferences.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities and develop competitive intelligence reports when requested.
Strategic Initiatives
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
- Business Development: Support business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering (Electrical preferred), or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Sales or Consultative skills with Software Sales or experience with ETAP software preferred.
- Strong project/program management skills, including the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Strategic-mindset with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM and project management tools.
- Understanding of the energy management industry and digital technologies is strongly preferred.
