MAJOR DUTIES: You will: Provide authoritative advice to managers and other staff on highly technical and highly visible or sensitive problems associated with the health, environmental, and economic benefits of government action or non-action based upon knowledge and expertise in the assessment of health, environmental, and economic benefits. Represent EPA's regulatory and policy position regarding health, environmental, and economic benefits of air pollution controls in meetings with other Federal Agencies. Serve as Contracts Task Order Manager, serves as the Contracting Officer's technical representative for the purpose of monitoring the technical progress and performance of specific delegated portions of the work under contracts. You will spend less than 25% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
