Your goal is to determine how routes would best serve the business needs while saving costs wherever possible. Considering factors like route metrics and other operational needs, you create effective the most effective routes possible.nLeveraging software such as Samsara or Route4Me, you create and maintain efficient driving routes. You supervise and maintain the routes our drivers go, making note of any variances and investigating any discrepancies. Working closely with management, you identify areas for improvement and develop effective new logistics strategies. When you're not coordinating drivers, you're assisting with administrative tasks like data entry, client correspondence, and other essential functions.
