- Deliver Americas focused, and some global, sustainability learning and development programs engaging both sustainability and non-sustainability teams at JLL, as well as from time to time to our clients.
- Facilitate training with an application of adult learning theories, JLL’s brand/learning standards and contemporary approaches to driving true behavioral changes.
- Facilitate training both virtual via webinar training and in-person, ensuring a fantastic employee experience; regional travel may be required 20-30%, depending on business needs and budget availability.
- Create, design, and update training content, including eLearning modules, incorporating best practices in adult learning theory.
- Apply knowledge of sustainability, ESG and net zero carbon to create and facilitate transformational learning and behavior change programs.
- Maintain premium delivery standards in accordance with NPS (Net Promoter Score) metrics, qualitative feedback and team-based evaluations.
- Broaden or deepen business knowledge, technical or professional expertise as appropriate.
- Utilize cultural awareness, inclusivity, and global insights to drive additional value for participants based on country and local requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in leadership and professional development, innovative approaches, tools and techniques in training and development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback and share necessary improvements with project teams to enhance learning outcomes.
- Work closely with sustainability specialists, and other L&D team members to continuously design, develop and deliver leading sustainability learning, communication and engagement programs.
- Support team members, colleagues and peers with ad hoc facilitation efforts when needed.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in designing and facilitating training programs, with a preference for experience and knowledge of sustainability and/or net zero carbon (may include instructor-led, virtual instructional-led, e-learning, and blended learning solutions).
- Proven experience in designing engaging and impactful training, using different technological platforms including PowerPoint, Articulate, Slido etc.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences both virtually and in person.
- Strong cross-cultural competence and ability to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environment.
- Excellent adaptability in designing and delivering training programs to meet the varying needs and preferences of global audiences. Tailoring approach based on the unique requirements of each region or country.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in creating and updating training content using a variety of digital tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detail.
- Strong listening and communicating in an effective manner; providing regular updates on progress against strategic agenda, including key accomplishments, challenges and support needed; managing expectations proactively to ensure customer delight.
- Strong project management skills that can deliver solutions against agreed upon project timelines that achieve desired outcomes and provide a great learner experience.
- Skilled in validating requests and design solutions with a global mindset to align work with the global L&D strategy.
Key Technical Skills: Strong Technology Fluency (virtual training platforms, remote collaboration tools, Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills).
Bachelor's degree or learning and development certification preferred: in Education, Training and Development, Sustainability, or related field.
