Qualification - B. Tech in Electrical
Mandatory experience - Electrical Engineer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Renewable Industry.
Important requirements - Must have experience in design, engineering, testing, and validation of Lithium battery based Energy Storage Solutions (ESS) including PCS, EMS for Grid Scale Applications. Must be conversant with applicable standards/ Codes for Grid Integration.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Review of tender requirements and develop engineering solutions for ESS complying applicable codes/ standards and SLAs.
- Design, sizing calculation, engineering, selection, testing, validation of complete ESS solutions including, Battery, BMS, EMS, PCS, Transformer, Switchgear, Cable and associated electrical components for Grid Scale Application.
- Integration of ESS Solution with grid-connected renewable plants - creating engineering documents - BOM, wiring diagram/ schematics, specifications, test procedures and test plans to comply with tender requirements.
- Testing and performance validation at the renewable project site.
- Preparing scope of supply, creating specifications of ESS solution and associated components to establish supply chain.
- Evaluation of vendors and their technical proposals.
- Evaluation of alternate technologies and developing technology roadmap.
- Technology partnership through - SKD/ CKD and selection of partners.
- Cost reduction through engineering innovation and competition benchmarking.
