Location: Gurugram, India
Experience: 5 to 9 years
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with additional expertise in hiring for the solar manufacturing sector being a significant advantage. Familiarity with SuccessFactors or similar HR software will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates for various roles in the manufacturing plant.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source and attract top talent using various platforms, tools, and strategies, ensuring a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Leverage data and analytics to improve recruitment processes and ensure optimal hiring timelines.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and best practices in recruitment, maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.
- Act as a point of contact for all recruitment-related queries, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
- Utilize HR systems like SuccessFactors for tracking and managing recruitment processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a preference for candidates with a background in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche hiring requirements.
- Experience in hiring for solar manufacturing roles will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in using SuccessFactors or similar HR tools for recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
