Introduction

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to grow its solar and battery energy storage distribution business.

The successful candidates will be responsible for driving regional sales, developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts and expanding market share within the renewable energy sector.

This position requires a strong combination of technical solar product knowledge, B2B sales experience and established relationships within the solar and energy storage industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and gross profit targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the solar and energy storage market.
Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, installers, resellers, developers and corporate clients.
Manage and grow existing key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
Promote and sell Huawei solar inverters, battery energy storage systems and related products.
Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and sales forecasts.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms and customer agreements.
Provide technical product guidance in collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer information using CRM systems.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer requirements.
Work closely with Huawei representatives on product training, customer engagements and new opportunities.
Coordinate with internal procurement, logistics, finance and after-sales departments.
Monitor sales performance, customer retention and payment collections.
