Role SummaryThe Staff Analyst, ERP will be responsible for understanding, maintaining and building out SAP, S/4 Hana capabilities and architecture. In this role you will direct developers in configuring and enhancing software to meet business needs. You will also work closely with other enterprise software teams to strengthen our integrations with PLM and MES software tools. This role is located in Normal, IL and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Production Planning Solutions.
Responsibilities- Act as an SAP analyst accountable for the design and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA capabilities focused on Production Planning – Material Consumption strategies and solutions.
- Experience in Manufacturing Master Data governance and maintenance – Bill of materials, Routings, Work centers, Production Supply Area, Control Cycle
- Accountable for planning and executing the day-to-day activities of the material resource planning(MRP) and material consumption (COGI) issues root cause analysis and resolutions.
- PPDS experience is preferred (both iPPE and classical)
- Leverage leading-practice business process knowledge & proficiency for from other industries specially in Automotive.
- Integrated Product & Process Engineering(iPPE) master data knowledge is a strong plus.
- MES & PLM integration experience is a strong plus.
- SAP Variant Configuration (SAP LO-VC) is a strong plus.
- Strong communication / interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
- Experience in Discrete and Repetitive manufacturing
- Successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
- Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analysis.
Qualifications- 8-12 years' experience in delivering Production Planning.
- Experience participating in full-system implementation life cycles.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or Business
- Ability to lead a team of Production Planning SAP business analysts.
- Experience in Automotive and manufacturing industries
- Integrated Product & Process Engineering(iPPE) master data knowledge is a strong plus.
- MES & PLM integration experience is a strong plus.
- SAP Variant Configuration (SAP LO-VC) is a strong plus.
- Experience in PPDS is a plus.
