Our 360 Marketing team designs, executes, and measures hyper-localized, omnichannel campaigns that turn awareness into conversions—for residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers. We blend performance marketing, brand storytelling, and field activation to scale demand in a high-growth, mission-driven industry. Role & Responsibilities

Plan and execute end-to-end 360 marketing campaigns across digital, print, OOH, and field channels tailored for solar product launches and seasonal promotions.
Manage performance marketing budgets (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube) and optimize ROAS through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion funnel analysis.
Collaborate with sales and channel partners to align marketing messaging, lead gen initiatives, and in-market activation calendars across 5+ Indian regions.
Develop compelling content for social media, email, and landing pages—translating tech-heavy solar benefits into consumer-friendly narratives.
Track, report, and analyze campaign KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost) using Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and CRM dashboards.
Coordinate with agencies, designers, and video teams to deliver on-brand creatives and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
