CTC Range: 12 to 15 LPA (Can go up for good candidate)
ROLE:
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume (primary/secondary) in assigned partner accounts.
• Identify and on-board new channel partners within assigned territory.
• Coordinate with the concerned team to meet partner performance objectives and expectations.
• Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities
• Channel sales appointment & development.
• Product promotion & marketing activity. He/She should ensure implementation & achievement of sales promotional schemes.
• Target mapping & assignment as per geographical potential.
• Address partner related issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
• Should be able to leverage on optimum utilization of team.
Industry: UPS/Lead Acid Batteries (Institutional Sales/ Government Sales) /Renewable Project (EPC or Electricity Producer)/Telecom Infrastructure development industry
