The Opportunity
What you’ll be doing
- Lead day-to-day manufacturing and operational delivery—ensuring projects hit quality, budget and deadline targets
- Be the go-to technical expert for fabrication, welding and operations
- Drive the full tender lifecycle—from pre-bid strategy to award-winning submissions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
- Collaborate across engineering, project teams and leadership to deliver integrated solutions
- Champion HSEQ standards, leading by example in safety and quality
What you'll bring - 5+ years’ experience in heavy engineering/manufacturing operations (subsea/offshore desirable)
- Strong expertise in fabrication, welding and interpreting engineering drawings
- Proven experience in tendering, estimating and project planning
- A natural ability to lead, influence and communicate with impact
- A client-focused mindset with the drive to deliver results
