The Senior Executive – Marketing will be responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, support business growth, and strengthen customer engagement. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and supporting digital and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for campaign implementation.
- Track campaign performance and prepare periodic reports.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all marketing materials.
- Develop brochures, presentations, product catalogs, case studies, and promotional content.
- Support corporate branding initiatives and employer branding activities.
Digital Marketing
- Manage website content updates and digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate social media activities across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor digital analytics and suggest improvements.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Track competitor marketing initiatives and prepare benchmarking reports.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
- Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture marketing-qualified leads.
- Support product launches, customer engagement programs, and promotional events.
- Develop marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
Event & Exhibition Management
- Coordinate participation in trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, branding, and post-event reporting.
- Build relationships with industry associations and event organizers.
Content Development
- Develop marketing content including blogs, newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and customer success stories.
- Coordinate with designers and content agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track marketing KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Monitor campaign ROI, lead conversion metrics, and customer engagement statistics.
- Maintain marketing databases and CRM records.
