Senior Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing, tender governance, supplier management, and procurement optimisation initiatives.
This opportunity is ideal for a procurement professional who combines strong governance capability with commercial negotiation expertise and a continuous improvement mindset.
To Qualify for This Opportunity, You Should Ideally Have:
- 6–8+ years’ procurement experience in complex sourcing environments
- Proven experience managing high-value tenders, RFQ/RFP processes, and commercial evaluations
- Strong exposure to procurement governance, policy compliance, and approval frameworks
- Experience facilitating tender adjudication and procurement committee processes
- Vendor due diligence, supplier onboarding, and vendor risk management experience
- ERP procurement systems exposure (Dynamics 365 / similar systems advantageous)
- Strong commercial negotiation and cost optimisation capability
- Experience identifying procurement efficiencies and driving process improvements
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across business functions
- Background within industrial, engineering, construction, mining, infrastructure, manufacturing, or similar sectors preferred
