Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (PR to PO to payment tracking).
- Prepare procurement MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Identify and onboard new vendors; maintain vendor documentation. ● Coordinate import shipments and customs clearance documentation.
- Ensure timely PO issuance with complete approvals and compliance.
- Maintain accurate procurement data in ERP (SAP / NetSuite).
- Take ownership of assigned procurement packages and timelines.
- Cost benchmarking analysis.
- Strong vendor-network in the drone industry and proven experience in procuring them.
- Collaborate with quality teams to ensure all components meet aerospace standards.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drone manufacturing or the aerospace industry.
- Familiarity with UAV components, composites, or electronic subsystems.
- Experience with regulatory bodies (e.g., DGCA in India).

Qualification
B.E/B. Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain/Operations.
