Company and Job Description: We are looking for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys taking ownership, and wants to contribute to a high-performing finance team within a forward-thinking organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and month-end processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors
- Prepare VAT and tax-related submissions
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles
- Minimum 2 years post-article experience in a Financial Accountant or similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
