We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Electrical Engineer to join our solar engineering team. The successful candidate will support the design, installation, and commissioning of solar PV systems, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and layout of solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted)
- Perform site assessments and collect technical data
- Support system sizing, cable routing, and component selection
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and reports
- Assist with project documentation and compliance requirements
- Support installation teams during project execution
- Conduct basic testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of systems
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations
Minimum Requirements:
- BSc/BEng/BTech in Electrical Engineering
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or academic projects acceptable)
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical design principles
- Familiarity with software, such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, or similar, is advantageous
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
