About the role:
- Advising on environmental, planning and approvals strategy for major projects
- Working on development approvals, environmental licences, clearing permits and compliance frameworks
- Advising on climate, heritage, native title and land access issues
- Helping clients manage regulator engagement, investigations and enforcement risk
- Running or supporting planning appeals, judicial review, prosecutions and administrative challenges where required
The ideal candidate:
- Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE
- Knowledge of WA planning laws desirable
- Strong technical legal skills and drafting ability
- Excellent communication and client management skill
- A collaborative approach and eagerness to work in a high-performing, close-knit team
