- Minimum 8 years of work experience with at least 5 + years in the solar industry as a Civil Sr. Engineer, Solar Mounting Structure Engineer or Solar System Design Engineer.

- Understanding of IS code as well as other possible international building codes for civil and structural designs.

- Proficient at Civil Work, Structure Analysis/Calculation/Validation etc. and in the usage of software such as STAAD, AutoCAD Solidworks, and LPile.
|
- Knowledge of Tracker + Fixed tilt system structure design and tracker products.
|
- Fluency in the English language is a must.
|
- Experience working in Engineering Consultancy would be an advantage.
