Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic AGM – Purchase who has deep
understanding of procurement in the renewable energy sector. The candidate should have strong negotiation skills, vendor management expertise, and the ability to handle end-to end purchase operations for large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for solar/EPC projects
Develop and implement purchase strategies aligned with project timelines
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers
Lead commercial negotiations to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
Handle procurement of modules, inverters, structures, cables, and BOS materials
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply chain risks
Maintain strong vendor relationships and performance tracking
Coordinate with project, finance, and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms
Optimize procurement cost without compromising quality

Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred)
MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations (Preferred)
Candidate Requirements
Must be based in Delhi (Local Candidate)
Open to frequent travel across project locations
Proven experience in renewable energy / EPC procurement
Strong track record in handling large-scale purchase budgets
