A fast-growing engineering and project execution firm in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) space, we deliver turnkey infrastructure and industrial projects across India for government and public-sector clients. Our team navigates complex tender landscapes, leveraging deep domain knowledge and portal-specific expertise to secure high-value bids and drive project wins through precision, compliance, and strategic positioning. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end tender management for EPC projects—research, evaluation, document preparation, submission, and follow-up across government portals like GeM, CPPP, TendersInfo, and CPSEs.
- Interpret bid documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications to align internal teams and ensure error-free submissions within strict deadlines.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs from engineering, procurement, finance, and legal to build competitive, compliant, and technically robust bid proposals.
- Track tender opportunities, analyze past bid outcomes, and refine bidding strategies to maximize win rates for high-value government EPC contracts.
- Maintain meticulous records of bid submissions, portal compliance, and post-submission communications; ensure audit readiness and version control.
- Represent the company at pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and tender walkthroughs; build relationships with procurement officers and bid consultants.
