Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Support ISO 9001:2015 QMS processes, including documentation control, internal audits, management reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives. Investigate incidents, near misses, and non-conformances, and compile detailed reports with recommendations. Maintain accurate SHEQ records, reports, and metrics for management review. Facilitate SHEQ training and awareness programs for all employees. Collaborate with internal departments to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and quality excellence. Keep abreast of legislative changes and industry best practices, advising management accordingly.
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the company’s SHEQ policies, procedures and programs.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety, environmental and quality standards across all operational areas.
