We are looking for a junior Commercial Lawyer to join our European Legal team. The ideal candidate is a self-driven professional with a sense of ownership, who is eager to learn and develop, and capable of working both independently. The role requires sound judgment, and the ability to confidently support a broad range of legal matters.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and managing a wide variety of commercial contracts, and providing ongoing legal support to various business units across the organization.
- Supporting corporate matters, including the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, corporate governance tasks, entity management, and ongoing corporate maintenance, as well as supporting regulatory and KYC/AML processes, as part of facilitating the group’s day-to-day operations.
- Working with external legal advisors across Europe.
- Creating, maintaining, and improving standard templates and internal policies.
- All work relates to the group’s activities in Europe.
What are the qualifications?
- A bachelor's law degree and qualification to practice law in Israel.
- 2-3 years of experience in a company legal department or a commercial department of a leading law firm.
- Ability to work independently, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
- Attention to details.
- English at a native level, as most of the work is conducted in English.
- Additional language - an advantage.
