The OT Manager will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and development of Operational Technology (OT) systems across all company production sites and clusters, following the completion of the construction phase.
The role includes managing SCADA systems, communications, control systems, network infrastructure, and the operational information systems of the company’s assets.
Additionally, as a core part of the role, the OT Manager will lead cross-organizational developments in information systems, including the development of an electricity trading platform that will integrate with the ongoing operation of the company’s assets and support optimization, forecasting, pricing, and energy trading.

SCADA Systems Management and Monitoring
- Responsible for the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of SCADA, HMI, PLC, and OT network systems
- Identify and resolve faults, improve system performance, and implement technological upgrades
Development of Operational Information Systems
- Lead development projects in operational information systems, including requirements definition, design, and implementation of technological solutions
- Work with product, data, development, and IT teams to deliver business and operational value
Electricity Trading Platform Development
- Lead the professional development of a dedicated platform for electricity management and trading
- Translate operational, business, and market needs into system requirements and product capabilities
- Collaborate with software vendors, internal development teams, and data teams to build a data-driven system based on energy models and production/price forecasting
- Responsible for integration between trading platforms and SCADA, control systems, planning systems, and financial systems
Operational Control and Optimization
- Generate operational and technological reports, analyze performance, and identify trends
- Plan OT and information system work plans, including upgrades and QA processes
Vendors and Contractors Management
- Work with OT vendors, SCADA providers, system integrators, software development companies, and communication solution providers
- Manage service contracts, SLAs, schedules, and budgets
Information Security and Regulation
- Implement information security policies across OT and information systems
- Work closely with Cyber and IT teams to enforce procedures, hardening, and security testing
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Ongoing work with departments such as: revenue-generating assets, engineering, control & monitoring, IT, data, development, finance, and trading
- Integrate operational systems with business and global information systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering / Instrumentation & Control / Information Systems – mandatory
- Certifications in SCADA / OT / ICS – significant advantage
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in managing or operating SCADA / OT / ICS systems in energy / infrastructure / industrial environments – mandatory
- Experience with control and operational communication systems such as Siemens, Schneider, Bachmann, ABB – significant advantage
- Experience with OT communication (TCP/IP, VLAN, Routing, Firewalls) – mandatory
- Experience working with vendors and contractors, including managing proposals, timelines, and KPIs
