HR systems:
- Managing and maintaining HR systems: Supporting implementation projects, different modules integration, version upgrades and improving and streamlining HR processes across various models.
- Learning & Training System: Generating reports and distributing regulatory learning materials, maintaining users, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and delivering organization-wide training.
- Implementing AI in the HR systems, processes and solutions
Data analytics:
- Close collaboration with all divisions and departments in the organization, with ongoing presentation of data.
- Data intelligence and insights, producing reports and analysing trends in recruitment, attendance, turnover, employee benefits and additional talent related topics.
- Monitoring data quality, identifying anomalies, and improving data accuracy.
- Gathering business requirements for the development and implementation of new reports / identifying gaps, and correcting reports.
- Building dashboards and responding to data requests as needed.
Improving the HR processes (process mapping, value chain, continues improvement)
Managing the HR yearly workplans and budget
- 5+ years in HRIS/HR tech management within a global environment.
- Proven ability to build and own People data foundations: KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting cadences, and data governance.
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel / Google Sheets required (BI tools — advantage).
- Hands-on HRIS ownership (e.g., HiBob or similar): configuration, process automation, and integrations.
- Story telling capabilities: Telling story from the data
- Experience in supporting and training end users.
- High level of thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to details
- Creativity and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Service-oriented with good cross-functional collaboration skills
