Enlight, a leading global renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced, talented, and detail-oriented Analyst to join it's European business unit. The role is designed to support both the HQ functions and project development team in their ongoing needs across the portfolio.
The Analyst will contribute to a wide range of financial, strategic, and analytical activities, supporting decision-making at both BU and project levels. This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to complex renewable energy projects, work across multiple interfaces, and take part in key business and development processes in an international environment.
- Build, maintain, and analyze complex financial models for renewable energy projects under development.
- Perform periodic updates to financial models across the portfolio and verify that BI tools accurately reflect the current project and portfolio status.
- Develop, manage, and regularly update monthly cash flow forecasts based on project activity, development progress, and expected portfolio needs.
- Support portfolio-level monitoring and analysis, including key milestones, assumptions, risks, and performance indicators.
- Support budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes at both the project and business unit levels.
- Monitor changes in project assumptions, commercial terms, and development progress, and reflect them in financial models and portfolio analyses.
- Collaborate regularly with internal teams, partners, and other stakeholders across multiple interfaces.
- Work closely with Project Development, Finance, Business development and other internal functions to ensure alignment between project status, financial models, and portfolio reporting.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality of data used across financial models, BI tools, and internal reports.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in one of the following: energy or infrastructure companies, consulting firms (in project finance), or project finance units within banks/institutional investors.
- Experience in renewable energy – an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field) – required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including hands-on experience with energy/infrastructure project modelling.
- Experience with VBA – an advantage.
- Experience with Bloomberg Terminal – an advantage
- Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing).
- Strong analytical thinking, organization, accuracy, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
- Availability to travel periodically to various locations in Europe as needed
