FIFO Project Site Administrator
Perth, WA (FIFO 2/1) | 4-Month Contract
TS Staffing Group is supporting a major engineering services contract on the major mining project.
This is a site-based FIFO role providing critical administrative support to project operations, with a strong focus on contractor onboarding, compliance, and site coordination.
The Role
You will support daily site operations by managing onboarding, mobilisation, and workforce systems, acting as a key coordination point between contractors, project teams, and site stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain the Proof of Presence (PoP) system, including reporting, data reconciliation, and swipe card coordination
- Coordinate end-to-end contractor onboarding, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation
- Support mobilisation activities including inductions, site access, medicals, and training bookings
- Maintain onboarding records and compliance tracking systems
- Coordinate travel and accommodation bookings in line with roster and project requirements
- Provide general administrative support, including document control and communications
- Maintain and update SharePoint and project documentation systems
- Prepare reports, communications, and presentations for project and site updates
- Assist with meetings, site events, and team coordination
- Maintain organisation charts and project contact lists
About You
- Previous experience in FIFO / site-based administration roles within mining, resources, or infrastructure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Experience with INX or similar workforce management systems (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and adapt to site conditions
- High attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Desirable:
- Qualification in business or office administration
