As a Consulting Intern, Corporate Sustainability, Climate Change and Transactions based in Toronto, ON, you’ll contribute to strategic projects that help leading organizations navigate climate risk, improve ESG performance, and advance their sustainability goals. This full-time, fixed-term internship runs from June 1st to August 14th, 2026, giving you an immersive consulting experience that builds real skills, real confidence, and real impact.

What Your Impact Is
You will:
- Support sustainability reports, materiality assessments, GHG inventories, climate risk analysis, and ESG diligence deliverables.
- Conduct research, data analysis, technical writing, and QA reviews.
- Assist in preparing proposals, slide decks, and other client-facing materials.
- Support multiple project tasks while meeting scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing and thought leadership projects.
What You’ll Bring
Required
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in science, engineering, business, sustainability, economics, or a related field.
- Completion of at least 50% of degree requirements.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills with the ability to write technical content.
- Solid organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay flexible, travel when needed, and work independently or collaboratively.
- Availability for this full-time internship from June 1st to August 14th.
Preferred
- Enrollment in a relevant master’s program (MBA, MEng, etc.).
- Prior consulting experience.
- Ability to work in or near Toronto, ON.
Key Responsibilities
- Support development of sustainability reports, materiality assessments, GHG inventories, climate risk analysis, and ESG diligence.
- Conduct research, data analysis, technical writing, and QA tasks.
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and other collateral.
- Complete assigned tasks across multiple projects within defined scope, schedule, and quality expectations.
For the Consulting Intern, Corporate Sustainability, Climate Change and Transactions position, the anticipated hourly pay is $25 (CAD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term/flex force employees are not bonus eligible).
