The project:
This is a complex, large scale, modern smart urban development that will benefit the people. The project includes villas, townhouses, apartments, retail, and offices, working with an amazing client and talented Mace team. This project will be of incredibly high-quality standards in a heavily regulated environment, suiting people with similar project experience that operate with the highest integrity and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
Champions the delivery and compliance of Health, Safety and Wellbeing standards across assigned projects.
Leads preparation and readiness for ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 and other external audits.
Oversees inspection and audit programmes, supporting operational HSW reviews and continuous improvement.
Analyses audit findings, KPIs and reports to identify risks, drive mitigation and strengthen performance.
Manages and contributes to incident investigations and stakeholder engagement.
Supports carbon‑reduction goals by embedding safe, sustainable working practices.
You’ll need to have:
Digitally savvy with strong knowledge of HSW legislation, auditing, risk management and management systems.
Holds relevant Level 3+ safety qualifications and professional membership (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent).
Proven HSW experience with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability.
Highly organised, detail focused and proactive, able to manage priorities and present technical information clearly.
