readiness. <\/span>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Documentation & Compliance:<\/span>
<\/p>
- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Generate technical drawings and design
documentation. <\/span>
<\/p>
- <\/span><\/span>Ensure
compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., UL, IEC, ISO). Gather strategic information to make
data -driven decisions and identify creative solutions to key program challenge<\/span>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span>Prepare accurate and
timely reports, project documentation, and progress updates for management
and stakeholders<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
- In -depth knowledge of battery cell materials, battery cell
manufacturing<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Understanding of mechanical part stress, fatigue, and thermal expansion.<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Experienced in process: Sealing and welding techniques (e.g., laser
welding for tabs)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - CATIA,
NX, SolidWorks, or Creo<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - GD&T
(Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - PLM
systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.)<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Degree or relevant experience in Engineering
or a related technical field<\/span>
<\/span><\/li> - Strong technical aptitude and understanding
of process engineering principles<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Excellent project management, leadership, and
communication skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced
environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li> - Familiarity with industry standards, best
practices, and compliance requirements<\/span><\/span>
