In this vital role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sustainable products and green energy solutions.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be essential as you help clients with questions about sustainable practices, product information, and services aimed at promoting environmentally friendly living. You will play a key role in advancing our mission of sustainability through exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat regarding sustainability and green energy inquiries
- Assist customers with questions about product features, sustainability practices, and program details
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions and customer satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback to help improve our product offerings and service quality
- Stay informed about the latest trends in sustainability and green energy
Requirements - Fluency in Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sustainability and green energy
- Experience in customer service, particularly in environmental or energy sectors, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in sustainable practices, eager to assist customers in adopting a greener lifestyle
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
