In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sustainable energy solutions and environmentally-friendly products.
Your fluency in French will be essential in guiding clients through their questions about products, services, and sustainability initiatives, ultimately fostering a positive customer experience while promoting our commitment to a greener future.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding sustainability and green energy inquiries
- Assist customers in understanding product benefits, service offerings, and eco-friendly practices
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure effective service delivery
- Gather customer feedback to improve our sustainability efforts and product offerings
- Stay informed about developments in the green energy sector and sustainable practices
Requirements - Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for sustainability and green energy
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the eco-friendly or energy sectors, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Genuine interest in environmental issues and helping customers adopt sustainable practices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
