Key Responsibilities
- Remote monitoring (24/7) of renewable energy assets (Wind, Solar PV, Hydroelectric, Battery Energy Storage Systems and Substations) through SCADA and related control systems
- Real-time alarm handling and incident management across all asset types
- Monitoring of SCADA systems and communication links, identifying loss of data, communication failures or system malfunctions, and ensuring timely reporting and escalation
- Execution of remote operational commands and actions via SCADA systems, in accordance with approved operating procedures and authorization rules
- First-level operational troubleshooting and execution of corrective actions to restore availability and ensure safe operation
- Communication and coordination with Grid Operators, onsite operations, and maintenance teams
- Communication with the Balancing Responsible Party (BRP) for the declaration and update of plant availability, ensuring accurate and timely operational information
- Coordination and information exchange with the internal Services / SCADA support teams for the resolution of monitoring, communication or system-related issues
- Preparation, validation and distribution of regular and ad-hoc operational reports
- Support data availability and quality checks within internal monitoring platforms used for operational reporting
Requirements- Diploma of Electrical studies (Technological/Engineering) or Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineer with proven knowledge in electrical power systems
- Excellent command of MS Office suite
- Excellent use of English language
- Capacity to manage multiple concurrent events and priorities
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a structured, shift-based operational environment
- Ability to interpret operational and numerical data for decision-making and reporting
- The department operates on a 24/7 shift basis
- All night and weekend shifts are performed remotely
- Completed National Service obligations for male candidates
