Prepare
finance inputs for monthly analysis, shareholder, and stakeholder reports.

<\/li><\/ul>2. Cash Flow Management<\/b>
<\/p>
Manage
cash, ensuring optimal use for the project SPV and compliance with all
lender covenants.
<\/li>Provide
timely cash reporting and forecasting.
<\/li>Maintain
treasury and banking relationships, acting as the primary operational bank
contact.
<\/li>Liaise
with lenders and auditors to ensure compliance with all filing
requirements and resolve accounting issues.
<\/li>Review
and approve payments (electronic or manual).
<\/li>Oversee
repayment of loans, reviewing calculations for accuracy.
<\/li>Manage
the payment of dividends and distributions to shareholders.
<\/li><\/ul>3. Statutory and Compliance Reporting<\/b>
<\/p>
Prepare
and sign -off annual audited accounts/financial statements in accordance
with IFRS.
<\/li>Ensure
all CIPC and related statutory reports are submitted on time.
<\/li>Work
closely with tax managers and practitioners to manage local tax matters
for project SPVs.
<\/li>Ensure
compliance with corporation tax, VAT, and WHT obligations.
<\/li>Manage
external tax advisors and coordinate advice as needed.
<\/li>Facilitate
obtaining tax clearance certificates or advanced rulings where necessary.
<\/li>Lead
responses to tax audits in coordination with local advisors.
<\/li>Review
and assist with VAT and VAT returns.
<\/li>Prepare
ad hoc compliance reports for institutions including Stats SA and NERSA.
<\/li><\/ul>4. Budgeting and Forecasting<\/b>
<\/p>
Partner
with operations teams to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
<\/li>Analyse
and report on budgets to the group.
<\/li>Ensure
timely uploading of budgets into the accounting system.
<\/li><\/ul>5. Support to Broader Finance Team<\/b>
<\/p>
Provide
ad hoc support to the finance team on budgeting, BBBEE reporting, vendor
management, Economic Development reporting, and other finance matters.
<\/li>Undertake
additional finance responsibilities in support of the group as required.

Requirements<\/h3>
Minimum Requirements:<\/b>
<\/p>
Chartered
Accountant (CA) (SA) qualification or equivalent NQF level qualification.
<\/li>Minimum
5 years post -qualifying (or post articles) experience in a financial
manager role.
<\/li>Experience
in financial and management accounting, including current accounting
practices and methods.
<\/li>Creative
and innovative mindset.
<\/li>Cross -cultural
awareness and ethical behaviour.
<\/li>Exposure
to reporting systems within a medium to large company.
<\/li>Experience
working in an ERP system (e.g., SAP or similar) is an advantage.
<\/li>Advanced
Excel skills.
<\/li>Proficient
knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint,
Word, and MS Teams.
<\/li>Experience
in the renewable energy sector is an advantage.
<\/li>Experience
in a shared services environment is an advantage.

in a multi -company or multi -entity structure is an advantage.

in an asset -intensive organisation is an advantage.
