We are looking for a motivated, organized, and proactive HR Specialist to join our team and actively contribute to the development of efficient HR processes, a positive employee experience, and a strong organizational culture.
Main responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process – from job posting and screening to interviewcoordination, conducting initial interviews, and candidate communication;
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes, helping ensure a smoothexperience for newcomers and leavers;
- Contribute to the development and update of internal HR policies and documentation;
- Take part in career events and employer branding initiatives;
- Coordinate internal initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and engagement,including wellness and company culture activities;
- Be involved in cross-functional HR projects related to motivation, communication, and team initiatives.
Your profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Human Resources (recruitment, HR administration, employer branding, or employee engagement);
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
- Fluent written and spoken English – mandatory;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple processes simultaneously;
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
