What you’ll do
Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:
- Facilitate Scout Motors’ expatriate (expat) support services for assignments to the U.S.
- Respond to inquiries from Scout expats, home company Global Assignment teams, hiring managers, talent acquisition, and other stakeholders
- Initiate and facilitate the timely delivery of expat-related services with Scout service providers, including immigration/visa processing, home search, school search, host banking, social security application, language training, etc.
- Manage the payment and tracking of vendor invoices, reimbursement of relocation expenses
- Collaborate with Scout stakeholders (finance, HR business partners, hiring managers, TA, legal, etc.) and external vendors to optimize Scout’s Global Mobility program
- Keep an ongoing list of Global Mobility program strengths and weaknesses for future improvement following up on outcome resolution
- Coordinate with external vendors (immigration counsel, relocation providers, tax advisors) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Support U.S. immigration case preparation and tracking (e.g., H-1B, L-1, TN, Green Card processes) in collaboration with external counsel.
- Maintain mobility data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Location & Travel Expectations:
- This role may be based out of the Scout Motors corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This role may be remote to start but will transition to an in-office setting at the headquarters within 3-6 months of start date. This role is not eligible for remote work in New York City.
- This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.
- Applicants should expect that the role will require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

- 7-10 years of experience in global mobility, U.S. immigration support, or a related HR specialty.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment-based immigration processes; prior experience supporting casework (without attorney responsibilities).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solver with a strong quality and customer-focused mindset
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt correspondence to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proven ability to manage time and handle multiple assignments with competing priorities
- Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Noticeable cross-cultural agility; international work or experience living abroad desired
- German language proficiency (written and verbal) ideal but not required
- Minimum of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required for all roles at Scout Motors, Inc.

Pay Transparency
This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.
Initial base salary range = $120,000.00 - $145,000.00
