We are looking for an Envionrmental, Health & Safety Manager who manages all aspects of safety through managing established programs within the Menasha, Wisconsin faciliity.

Responsibilities

When your actions lead to success:

Foster a safety first culture within the facility through engagement, leading by example, and holding other accountable.
Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, and safety walks with leadership and safety teams.
Perform contractor inspections and programmed safety audits per TC standards.
Manage change processes for machines, work areas, and safety communications.
Address and resolve employee safety concerns promptly.
Oversee environmental compliance tasks such as hazardous waste, chemical management, stormwater inspections, and reporting.
Prepare and submit required environmental and safety reports on schedule.
Lead Safety Team meetings, agendas, and corrective action follow-up.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate safety programs, including audits.
Investigate accidents/incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive measures. Managing work comp as needed.
Coordinate safety training schedules and ensure completion in partnership with HR.

Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Minimum of five years’ safety experience
