We are looking for a Solution Manager for our Battery Storage Solution Business in Europe. You would be responsible for managing solution offerings and product life cycles of the Battery Storage Solution Portfolio. The products include PCS, Batteries, EMS and Microgrid controllers. The role will require extensive interaction with internal engineering team and external solution element suppliers for solution and solution element development and extension. You will be responsible for go-to-market preparation, new solution launch, training, as well as the solution documentation and certificates. You will need to assess local market needs, competition and product risks, and communicate the same upstream.
Key Responsibilities
- Shaping strategy, development direction, and success metrics of solutions by conducting market research and analyzing clients' requirements.
- Overseeing the portfolio of solutions, including internal technology integration/development roadmap and external market penetration.
- Defining and advising on strategies for pricing, positioning, and promotion to ensure a leading market position.
- Bridge solution architecture, delivery, marketing, sales, and clients while owning the solution lifecycle, analyzing market and competitive trends.
- Building relationships and collaborating with stakeholders across internal and external parties, such as customers, channel partners, and solution element suppliers, effectively communicating product updates and collecting customer feedback to ensure the product aligns with market needs and business goals.
- Owning and maintaining documents for solutions such as manuals, marketing collaterals, and so on.
