Major Activities |
| Support to Chief of Staff (CoS) and MD’s Office |
- Assist CoS with daily operational tasks, follow-ups and policy implementation across departments
- Help in preparing briefs, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews
- Coordinate inputs from functions for leadership meetings

| Transformation & PMO Support |
- Support the planning and execution of transformation exercises with the PMO
- Participate in workflow reviews and operational excellence initiatives
- Track and report transformation metrics and progress against milestones
|
| Rotational Exposure & Cross-functional Support |
- Undertake rotational assignments across Finance, Business Development, Operations and Project Management to build a holistic view of the business as and when required
- Contribute to functional projects (e.g. business analysis, process improvement initiatives)

| Business Analysis & Reporting |
- Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, issues and opportunities.
- Develop management reports with clear, data‑driven recommendations
|
| Market Research & Benchmarking |
- Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking, in the renewable energy sector
- Identify opportunities for risk mitigation and adoption of best practices
|
| Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management |
- Assist with internal communication and stakeholder engagement for transformation initiatives
- Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new practices, processes and technologies.

- SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, Economics or related discipline
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognised institution
|
Functional Skills
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to prepare high‑quality business reports and presentations for senior stakeholders
- Exposure to market research, financial / business analysis and process improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Learning agility, innovative mindset and demonstrated leadership qualities (e.g., campus roles, internships, prior work experience)
- Interest or prior exposure to the renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.

Relevant and total years of Experience
| Overall experience: MBA fresher or up to 2–3 years of relevant work experience (including internships, management trainee roles, or early‑career roles in consulting, strategy, operations, or renewable energy) |
