| Drive asset management for assigned assets ensuring smooth functioning and performance as per defined business plan |
- Facilitate smooth transfer of asset from Construction team to Asset O&M team, once projects are commissioned or acquired.
- Drive on-site implementation of defined systems, policies, and procedures for effective asset management in line with the best practices.
- Drive all activities pertaining to Asset management, Dispatch Management (incl. F&S), Performance Management, Availability management, HSSE compliance and Knowledge management as per defined norms and guidelines.
- Pursue resolution of all RoW (Right of Way) issues including legacy issues with the support of the Apraava legal team by providing first-hand information w.r.t local RoW issues and engage with local stakeholders / district and state authorities/ Police / regulatory authorities / contractor.
- Engage with O&M contractors to ensure they honor contracts and are aligned with Apraava Energy’s policies, procedures and expectations related to quality and safety as well as laws and norms related to industrial labor.
- Prepare detailed RCA for repeated breakdowns and take preventive actions.
- Conceptualize the solutions that would improve productivity from the asset.
- Ensure all energy sale invoices are raised as per schedule and are compliant to terms and conditions of the PPA, driving timely and accurate revenue realization; Interact with internal / external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to payment and billing.
- Support audits w.r.t O&M and HSSE systems completion based on defined timelines.
- Maintain relationships with Government bodies and facilitate periodic site visits by inspectors & environmental authorities to ensure smooth commissioning of projects.
