Job Title: Electrical Sales Engineer
Job Overview: We are seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, offering top-notch service and support. You will handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, assist with product setup, and maintain customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for customers, ensuring high-quality service and support
- Address customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating as needed
- Stay current with company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Use active listening to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and recommend improvements
- Assist with product setup, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems
- Process customer orders and returns efficiently and accurately
- Keep customer records updated in the company database
- Follow up post-purchase to ensure customer satisfaction
- Generate reports on customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor new customer service representatives on company policies and procedures
- Participate in team meetings to support ongoing improvements
