play a crucial role in developing and executing effective communication

skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information in a

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>
Strategy Development:<\/b> Collaborate with senior management and cross -functional teams to create
and execute comprehensive communication plans that align with the
company’s renewable energy goals and vision.
<\/li>Content Creation:<\/b> Develop high -quality written and visual content for various
communication channels, including press releases, website articles,
newsletters, social media posts, blogs, and reports.
<\/li>Media Relations:<\/b> Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, and
industry influencers to ensure coverage of key initiatives and company
milestones in the renewable energy sector.
<\/li>Social Media Management:<\/b> Oversee and manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring
consistent messaging and engagement with stakeholders, including
customers, partners, and the general public.
<\/li>Internal Communication:<\/b> Facilitate effective communication within the organization, including
the development of internal newsletters, briefings, and corporate
announcements to keep employees informed and engaged.
<\/li>Branding & Messaging:<\/b> Work closely with the marketing and branding teams to ensure consistent
messaging across all platforms and materials. Promote the company’s
values and commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
<\/li>Public Relations:<\/b> Support the preparation and delivery of speeches, presentations, and
keynotes for company executives and spokespeople at industry events,
conferences, and media engagements.
<\/li>Stakeholder Engagement: <\/b>Build
relationships with stakeholders such as investors, government agencies,
NGOs, and local communities, ensuring clear and transparent
communication on renewable energy projects and initiatives.
<\/li>Crisis Communication:<\/b> Provide timely and strategic support in the event of a crisis, ensuring
that communications are aligned with the company’s values and
minimizing any reputational risks.
<\/li>Data Analysis & Reporting:<\/b> Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and
campaigns, reporting on key metrics and suggesting improvements.
<\/li><\/ul>Qualifications:<\/b>
<\/p>
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or
<\/li>related field.
<\/li>3 -5 years of experience in a communications or public relations role, preferably
<\/li>within the energy, sustainability, or environmental sectors.
<\/li>Strong understanding of the renewable energy industry and sustainability issues.
<\/li>Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and
<\/li>style to different audiences.
<\/li>Experience with social media management, including analytics and engagement
<\/li>strategies.
<\/li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across
<\/li>departments.
<\/li>Knowledge of communication tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite,
<\/li>media monitoring software, and content management systems.
<\/li>Experience in crisis communication and managing external communications in
<\/li>sensitive situations is a plus.
<\/li>Proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast -paced environment.
