Currently, we are looking for а Training and Development Expert.
Main responsibilitie:
- Develop and implement career planning, learning and development processes, policies and plans.
- Plan, coordinate, and administer mandatory compliance trainings in accordance with local labour law and regulatory requirements in countries where company operates.
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding and refresher trainings related to employee rights and obligations, Health & Safety (H&S), and company policies.
- Manage and monitor role-specific mandatory qualifications, including electrical certifications, licences, and authorisations required by law.
- Maintain accurate and auditable records of trainings, certifications, signed declarations, and validity periods.
- Track expiration dates of mandatory qualifications and coordinate renewals in cooperation with managers and H&S specialists.
- Support the digitalisation and automation of training processes through the HR management system (LMS / HRIS).
- Support line managers in identifying required trainings for employees in line with their personal development plans and targets;
- Coordinate, organize and manage training initiatives across the group – internal or external;
- Manage relationships with external training providers, equipment suppliers and consultants;
- Coordinate quarterly development talks;
- Support talent development, succession planning, competency matrixes and career path frameworks;
- Drive a culture of continuous professional development.
Your profile:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field;
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or organizational development;
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment;
- Very good command of English (written and spoken);
- Genuine interest in renewable energy technologies and innovations, with a continuous learning mindset.
