Senior Design Engineer – Project Manager shall be responsible for end -to -end
<\/div>
coordination of engineering activities from the client office, ensuring timely
<\/div>
delivery, technical alignment, and effective communication between the client,
<\/div>
design teams, EPC contractors, and discipline leads for renewable and power
<\/div>
projects
<\/div>
Project Coordination & Management:
<\/div>
â Act as single point of coordination for engineering activities at the client
<\/div>
office.
<\/div>
â Coordinate between, Client Engineering & Project team and Internal
<\/div>
Design teams across multiple disciplines.
<\/div>
â Monitor engineering schedules and deliverables against project
<\/div>
milestones.
<\/div>
â Track action items, risks, and dependencies and report status to
<\/div>
stakeholders.
<\/div>
â Organize engineering coordination meetings.
<\/div>
â Prepare meetings agendas, MOMs and action trackers
<\/div>
Technical Compliance:
<\/div>
â Perform high -level review of engineering deliverables for completeness
<\/div>
and consistency.
<\/div>
â Identify design interface gaps, misalignments, and schedule risks.
<\/div>
â Escalate technical issues to Chief Engineer / discipline leads.
<\/div>
Collaboration and Support:
<\/div>
â Prepare and present Engineering Progress Reports, Design Review Status
<\/div>
updates, including Risk and issue registers.
<\/div>
â Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team
<\/div>
members to resolve design issues and implement solutions.
<\/div>
â Provide technical information and ideas to support the engineering
<\/div>
team
<\/div>
Schedule & Deliverables Management:
<\/div>
â Develop and Maintain Engineering deliverables tracking,
<\/div>
â Design review and approval schedules
<\/div>
â Ensure timely circulation of drawings and documents.
<\/div>
â Monitor turnaround times for reviews and approvals.
<\/div>

Job Location: Office -based in India (with flexibility across major metro cities/Project hubs)

Qualification: Masters or Bachelor’s in Engineering,
<\/div>
Project Management Certification (PMP) Preferred
<\/div>
Experience (Minimum): Minimum 5 years of experience in Renewable and power projects
<\/div>
Software Knowledge: MS Project/Primavera, MS Office
<\/div><\/span>
