Position Overview<\/b>: The General Manager - Sales will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the automotive industry, particularly in wire and harness systems, and a proven track record of driving sales and business growth.

Sales Strategy Development:

<\/li><\/ul>Identify and pursue new business opportunities with automotive OEMs and other potential clients.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers and projects.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Customer Relationship Management:
<\/li><\/ul>Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Team Leadership:
<\/li><\/ul>Lead and mentor the sales and business development team, fostering a high -performance culture.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Financial Management:
<\/li><\/ul>Prepare and manage the sales and business development budget.
<\/li><\/ul><\/ul>Monitor sales performance metrics and take corrective actions as necessary to meet financial targets.

<\/li><\/ul>Work closely with other departments, including engineering, production, and R&D, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications:
<\/p>

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
<\/li>Minimum of 20+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role within the automotive industry, with a focus on wire and harness systems or any other relevant industry.
<\/li>Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
<\/li>Strong knowledge of the automotive OEM market and industry trends.
<\/li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
<\/li>Ability to travel as required.
<\/li><\/ul>
