<\/div> End\-to\-end accounting: Manage A\/P, A\/R, payroll allocations, and general ledger activity for assigned projects; deliver timely and audit\-ready monthly closes.
<\/span><\/li> Cash management: Review and reconcile project bank accounts; oversee disbursements and drawdowns aligned with project milestones to optimize liquidity.
<\/span><\/li> Audit & compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, lender reporting, and compliance packages with precision and completeness.
<\/span><\/li> Payroll allocations: Process bi\-weekly payroll allocations for project teams with accuracy and efficiency.
<\/span><\/li> Financial operations: Oversee journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain clean, accurate financials.
<\/span><\/li> Policy stewardship: Ensure alignment with GAAP, internal accounting standards, and contractual requirements across all project agreements.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

What youâll bring:<\/b>

Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience at consulting or public accounting firms<\/b>; experience in project, construction, or infrastructure environments.
<\/span><\/li> Certification: CPA (or currently pursuing) is required.<\/span>
<\/li> Education: Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.<\/span>
<\/li> Systems: Strong proficiency in SAP, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems, plus advanced Excel and BI reporting skills.<\/span>
<\/li> Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present financial insights to non\-finance stakeholders.<\/span>
<\/li> Analytical mindset: Strong attention to detail with the ability to separate signal from noise under deadline.<\/span>
<\/li> Collaboration: Trusted partner across engineering, development, and operations teams.<\/span>
<\/li> Execution: Excellent organization and time management; able to handle multiple projects without missing a deadline.
