Description

Assist in the preparation, formatting, and organization of environmental and sustainability-related reports
Support document control by maintaining organized records of project files and documentation
Develop presentation materials using Microsoft Office, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with provided content
Proofread content for grammar, clarity, and formatting accuracy prior to submission or presentation
Track and follow up on pending documents or inputs from relevant departments
Assist with organizing and naming electronic files according to internal documentation protocols
Perform general administrative and support duties as assigned by the Environmental and Sustainability Department
Report directly to the Environmental & Sustainability Consultant and provide timely updates on assigned tasks

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic understanding of sustainability topics and interest in environmental services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and meet deadlines
Eagerness to learn in a dynamic, professional environment
