Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial plans, and cost controls. Ensure profitability through effective revenue generation and cost optimization. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations. Work closely with finance teams for reporting, forecasting, and risk management.
Sales & Marketing:
Set sales targets and drive revenue growth for solar products and services. Lead the sales and marketing team to build brand awareness and customer acquisition. Develop pricing strategies to stay competitive in the market. Foster relationships with key clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance & Sustainability:
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to solar energy. Promote sustainability initiatives and corporate social responsibility.
