Oversee daily operations across multiple branches to ensure smooth functioning. Implement and optimize processes for sales, procurement, installation, and maintenance. Ensure branches follow standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor and improve supply chain and logistics operations for solar components.
Project & Installation Management:
Supervise solar project execution from planning to completion. Ensure timely delivery of solar installations while maintaining quality standards. Manage vendor and contractor relationships for procurement and installations. Oversee compliance with safety and industry regulations during installations.
Team Management & Leadership:
Lead and manage branch managers, technicians, and support teams. Provide training and development programs for employees. Set clear goals and performance expectations for teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Financial & Budget Management:
Monitor budgets, expenses, and overall financial performance of branches. Optimize operational costs without compromising quality and service. Ensure accurate financial reporting and cost control measures.
Quality Control & Compliance:
Enforce adherence to industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high installation and service standards. Address and resolve customer complaints and operational challenges.
Customer Service & Satisfaction:
Ensure excellent customer experience through efficient service delivery. Manage after-sales service and maintenance contracts. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements based on insights.
Business Growth & Strategy Implementation:
Work with senior management to develop and execute growth strategies. Identify and explore new business opportunities and partnerships. Drive operational innovations to improve efficiency and productivity.
