With a strong presence in the renewable energy sector, we specialize in manufacturing, designing, and installing high-quality solar rooftop systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the solar industry.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Generate and qualify leads to expand the customer base.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with customer interactions and sales progress.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, and distributors.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote solar products.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional content for digital and offline channels.
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Educate potential customers about solar energy solutions and benefits.
Sales Operations & Reporting:
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
- Coordinate with the logistics and manufacturing teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve strategies and increase revenue.
- Assist in pricing strategies and provide market feedback to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 1 -2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical solar products to clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
